I am available for consults regarding human resources and employee-related issues for organizations, professional associations, and workgroups. Please note that all of this work is approached with a focus on equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and anti-oppression and dismantling white supremacist workplace and societal culture norms in real time. Be honest with yourself if you’re not ready to go there, because I’ll be honest with you if I can sense or see that you’re not ready to dive deep.

My services include but are not limited to:

My rate is $400.00 per hour. The initial 60-minute meeting to discuss your needs and focus areas is $175.00. If I decide to take on your project, I will schedule a 90-minute assessment session. That assessment will allow me to build the roadmap for the work we need to do and create an initial plan. The assessment session is $600.00 for an estimated 60-90-minute assessment.
