My rate is $400.00 per hour. The initial 60-minute meeting to discuss your needs and focus areas is $150.00. If I decide to take on your project consultation, I will schedule a 90-minute assessment session. That assessment will allow me an opportunity to begin building the roadmap for the work we need to do and create an initial plan. The 90-minute assessment session is $500.00 for an estimated 70-90 minute assessment.

SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS/PRESENTATIONS

Suppose you would like to procure my services to speak to an organization or at an event about topics aligned with race equity, equity, and inclusion. In that case, my rate is $1,000.00 an hour, with an agreement that the minimum allotted time needed for the event is 60 minutes. MODERATING

If you would like me to moderate a panel or public conversation at an event, my rate is $600.00 an hour, with an agreement that the minimum allotted time needed for the event is 60 minutes. HOSTING/EMCEEING
