This week’s opening thought: If more of us listened to hear and understand instead of listening to respond we would remove so many bricks from the walls that are the barriers to interpersonal communication.
2020 has been "special” for me, both literally and figuratively, in positive and negative ways. But the positives have been unexpected and surreal. The biggest positive opportunity of my entire career is on the horizon in a year rife with more lows than highs.
